The Eligibility Process
Saturday, April 10, 2010 • 8:00am - 4:45pm
+ Registration Restrictions Apply:
This Workshop is limited to attendees from non-affiliated-institutions seeking affiliation, including those that have had an eligibility interview and are preparing to file a Preliminary Information Form. Institutions that have completed the Eligibility Process and are beginning the self-study process for initial affiliation should register for the Workshop on Self-Study.
The Pre-Conference Workshop for Non-Affiliated Institutions focuses on the Eligibility Requirements, the Criteria for Accreditation, and the process of seeking accreditation. The program is directed to all institutions that are considering applying for status with the Commission. The Workshop provides a general understanding of the Commission’s culture and expectations of its members, addresses specific issues that are often especially challenging for this particular group of institutions, and offers assistance in preparing a Preliminary Information Form. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with staff and Eligibility Process reviewers as well as learn from other institutions that have recently been in the Eligibility Process.
