May 6 - 7: Institutional Actions Council Hearing
May 20 - 21: Institutional Actions Council First Committee Hearing
May 22 – 24: AQIP Strategy Forum (By Invitation Only)
The Strategy Forum provides a team of institutional leaders the opportunity to plan enhancements to their quality improvement program in a creative, supportive environment. Teams must include seven or eight members.
The Strategy Forum uses an institution’s feedback report from its Systems Appraisal as a case study in institutional debriefing, focusing a team of faculty, staff, and administrators on developing and fine-tuning processes for continuous institutional learning. Strengthening the mechanisms that transform institutional learning into continuous improvement of key processes and performance results is essential in helping AQIP colleges and universities transform feedback from the Systems Appraisals (and other internal and external feedback mechanisms) into concrete plans for future improvements.

June 5 – 7: Academy Results Forum (By Invitation Only)
The Results Forum is the Academy’s culminating event. It is designed to showcase a institution’s assessment work and progress while participating in the Academy; and to focus on sustainability and advancement plans for the future.
The team at the institution that has been responsible for Academy work to date and for planning future work should plan to attend the Forum, as a significant portion of the Forum’s schedule will be devoted to sustaining assessment and improvement of learning efforts.
The first half of the Forum will showcase the work of the institutions attending the Forum, while the second half will provide teams with mentors to help them develop their plans for sustaining and advancing that work.
